The Investor Relations Senior Manager is na experienced finance professional with extensive knowledge related to ing, business, industry data, ESG and regulatory guardrails. It also presents highly devoleped skills when communicating with capital markets and with internal stakeholders through meetings, calls, presentations and other requested materials. Finally, it also needs to present inpiring leader skills that puts the DNA of Natura &Co in the center of every action and communication. The role is part of a collaborative IR team, which is responsible for mantaining and developing Natura &Co relations with stakeholders from capital markets. What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? 'key responsibilities: You will enjoy a challenging, high pressure, long hours and varied workload, managing the Natura &Co Investor relations team via the promt delivery of wild variety of requests from the company's executive team and the investors comunity. You will also have a team to , which needs to be daily managed. will be specifically responsible for: - running numerous meetings and calls with debt and equity investors; - organizing and running different types of events with stakeholders from capital markets; - analyzing and organizing finnancial, operational and other key data bases; - creating, updating, organizing and summarize peers market information; - preparing and updating quarter results from excel files, to reports, C-level earnings call script and presentation through meetings, calls and other types of interactions with acounting, C-level, FP&A, tax and other teams from each business unit and holding group; - ing legal and governance team through the shareholder annual meeting and management proposal material; - ing sustainability team on the annual report prganization and ellaboration (particularly from the narrative perspective); - preparing regulators requested reports (as CVM 044 for example); - adjusting the communication strategy for each type of material and target audience; - create, maintain and improve relatioship with internal and external stakeholders; - continous update of requested knowledge (ing, esg, industry, etc) - deliver high quality requested demands even during high pressure long hours workload - improving and/or creating new process between IR team and other internal stakeholders to make sure all needed and requested information is being received and properly processed; - managing IR team and ing the development of carrers; - improving IR daily process based on market best practices and transparency.
